Lettuce and orange salad
This lettuce salad is perfect for dinner. It is light, healthy and can be done within five minutes. Salads based on lettuce are usually simple and quick to prepare. Lettuce can be found in both sophisticated and extremely simple salads. Such salads are normally served as side dishes.

Ingredients for lettuce and orange salad.
- 3 big oranges
- 1 small red onion
- 20 black olives
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- pinch of sugar
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
- a head of lettuce
- 10 leaves of mint
How to make salad with lettuce and orange.
Rinse the lettuce, dry it, tear it into smaller pieces and put it into a bowl.
Peel the oranges, carve out the white skin and divide the fruit into pieces. Put it in a bowl with lettuce.
Add olives and finely chopped red onions to the same bowl.
Combine sugar with salt, pepper and olive oil. Add finely chopped mint and lemon juice. Drizzle the ingredients in the bowl and gently mix everything together.

To make this salad, you can use any type of lettuce.
If you do not remove the white skin from the orange, it will give the salad a bitter aftertaste.
I used black olives because they blend better with oranges than with green olives.
