Rolls baked with egg and cheese
Rolls baked with egg and cheese are an idea for a quick breakfast, dinner or snack. They take less than 5 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to bake, so this delicious food is ready in 15 minutes. I make these rolls very often for breakfast during the week, because they are really not time-consuming, simple and based on only a few ingredients. To prepare this dish, in addition to the rolls you also need eggs and cheese. I use a mixture of two types of cheese, parmesan and mozzarella, although you can easily use any type of cheese. In such a case, it is worth grating the cheese on a small-holes grater as it will allow it to combine better with the liquid egg. Serve the baked rolls hot when the cheese is chewy and liquid. How to make rolls baked with egg and cheese.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them briefly with a hand whisk. Next, add the mozzarella cheese grated on a large-hole grater and finely grated parmesan cheese. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a fork. Cut each roll in half lengthwise, then place the eggs mixed with cheese on each half. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and put them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Serve immediately after removing from the oven when the cheese is melted and chewy.

Good to know when making rolls baked with egg and cheese.
I did not add salt to the egg and cheese mixture because the cheese itself is salty and I don’t think there is any need to add any extra salt. You can add a bit of pepper if you like.
Cheese baked with eggs is creamy, stringy and quite liquid, which is why I do not serve these rolls with ketchup or any other sauce.
