White bean and wild garlic spread

White bean spread with wild garlic is a spread that can be made super fast. It is filling, creamy and tastes great when served on toast, crispy bread or with fresh vegetables.

In this spread canned white beans work best. You do not need to soak anything, cook anything, or wait. You just put the beans with a little brine in a blender, add some garlic, lemon juice and spices. Just blend it and it’s ready.

Good to know when making white bean and wild garlic spread.

I used canned beans. It takes 3 minutes to make the spread from such beans. You can of course cook the beans by yourself if you have raw white beans in grains. Before cooking, soak them in water, preferably overnight.

If you want the spread to be more liquid, add more brine.
