Potato salad
You don’t necessarily need a large amount of sophisticated ingredients to prepare a tasty salad. Sometimes, simple, quite common products are enough to make a flavoursome salad. Such an uncomplicated but delicious salad is the potato and onion salad.
This salad is perfect especially when you don’t have too many products at hand. In most households, onion, potatoes or cream are usually available. When making your salad, make sure to chose potato varieties such as Yukon Gold or Yellow Finn. It is important that once they are cooked, the potatoes do not fall apart into millions of pieces, and are still quite dense.
