- 250 g cantaloupe melon
- 200 g carrot (2 medium)
- 200 g apple (1 big)
- 350 g orange (2 big)
- 2 apricots
- 800 ml water
How to make fruit and vegetable juice.
Put sliced apple, carrot, melon, oranges, apricots and water in a blender. Blend. Afterwards, pour the whole thing through a dense strainer. Pour the finished fruit and vegetable juice into a bottle and keep it in the refrigerator.

The weight of carrots, melon and oranges is the weight after peeling them. I did not remove the peel from the apple or the apricot, I just washed the fruit well.
