Ingredients for baked potatoes.
- 4 medium size potatoes
- 3 big cloves of garlic
- 200 g natural joghurt
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- a bunch of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of butter

How to make baked potatoes with garlic.
Wash the potatoes, dry them and gently slice them with a sharp knife. It is important that there should be a lot of very thin slices and be careful not to cut the potatoes all the way through.
Combine the joghurt, salt, finely chopped parsley and mashed garlic in a bowl.
Rub each potato very carefully with the joghurt marinade. You can use half of the marinade at first and the other half, for example, to re-rub the potatoes after an hour of baking.
Place the potatoes on the baking tray. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for at least 2 hours.
After about 1.5 hours of baking, brush the potatoes with melted butter. This will allow the potatoes to brown nicely.
Serve the potatoes as an addition to dinner, sprinkled with extra salt.
