Peach and cheese dessert
Do you fancy a quick dessert that can be made literally in 5 minutes? Try making this peach and cheese dessert with biscuits. It requires no baking and the dessert itself can be served in a glass or a cup. It is also extremely light and creamy and is neither overwhelmingly sweet nor overly heavy.
I used canned peach, however you can replace them with any canned or frozen fruit such as raspberries or forest fruits.

How to make peach and cheese dessert.
Cut 100 g of peaches into cubes and blend the remaining 200 g into a homogeneous mass. Then combine the blended peaches with the cut ones.
Crumble the biscuits. They should have a texture similar to bread crumbs.
Mix the quark cheese with icing sugar, add peach syrup then blend. You should get a creamy consistency.
Whisk the cold cream until stiff. Once done, add it to the cheese mixture.
Prepare cups or dessert glasses. Put a little of peach puree on the bottom of each cup, then sprinkle with a tablespoon of crushed biscuits on which place cheese mixture. Repeat it a few times. You can decorate the top of the desserts with pieces of peaches.
Chill the desserts in the fridge before serving.

Good to know when making peach and cheese dessert.
The quark cheese you use should be smooth and have no lumps. It is best to buy such cheese which already has that consistency so that you don’t have to grind it yourselves. However, if you use cottage cheese, it is worth grinding it first.
I used butter biscuits and crushed them in a blender. You can also put the biscuits in a plastic bag and pat the bag with a roller or pestle.
