I am very curious what you think of the recipe I have for you below.

Do you like it or not, have you ever made it?

I know from experience that there are people out there who, once they see the word brain in the recipe title, would not want to try the recipe out.

I do not belong to those people.

I admit that so far I have eaten pork brain prepared only in the way I am sharing with you today. It is possible, however, that in the future I will try another recipe for this little rarity 🙂

If you decide to try this recipe, I encourage you to share your comments under the comment sections.

Good to know when making fried pork brains.

Pork brains fall to pieces during frying. Its consistency will be similar to that of scrambled eggs. There is no reason to be discouraged from that, that is the way it should be.

If you do not like onions, you can skip it and fry the brains only in butter with the addition of a small amount of salt and pepper.
