Croissant with fried egg
Croissants are usually prepared sweet. My favourite is the one with almond cream. However, this time I am going to show you a recipe for a non-sweet croissant meal.
In the store at my flat you can always buy croissants stuffed with cheese but sometimes you can also get croissants filled with sausage and cheese.
I decided to prepared my own version for a breakfast with frankfurters, spinach and fried eggs.
It turned out to be one of the best breakfasts I have ever had 🙂

Good to know when making croissant with fried egg.
It is best to use salty croissants. I bought ones with cheese on the top.
The frankfurters I used were with some chili peppers. If you are not able to get them in the store, just use ordinary sausages and add some fresh chili peppers.
