How to make cottage cheese tortilla wraps.
Put eggs, cottage cheese, flax seeds, pepper and salt in a plastic container. Mix with a hand blender for 1-2 minutes. Then, pour it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread it evenly, place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the baked tortilla from the oven, let it cool, then cut it in half. Spread cream cheese on one half, add rocket, smoked salmon and avocado. Spread hummus on the other half, add rocket, and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and carrot. Roll up both halves, starting with the side with the filling. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.

Good to know when making cottage cheese tortilla wraps.
I bake the tortilla on a baking tray measuring 40 by 35 centimetres.
This tortilla can be filled with any filling. The suggestion I gave in the list of ingredients is just an example — you can use a whole host of products as fillings. You can use any type of ham, or cheese such as hard cheese, Brie, blue cheese or Camembert. It can be seafood, your favourite vegetables or vegetable paste.
It may happen that the tortilla will crack a little while rolling. This happens when it is a little thicker in some places and a little thinner in others. Instead of rolling the tortilla, you can cut it into pieces and put them together to make a sandwich.
