Macaroni and cheese
If you like pasta baked with cheese, be sure to try this macaroni with cheese and peppers. I made this macaroni and cheese by mixing two types of cheese: Cheddar and Gouda. Using these two was a great choice as they added a nice, intense flavour to the dish. When selecting the pasta, I went for elbow macaroni, which is the most commonly used type of pasta in this dish. First I cooked the pasta, and only then I combined it with a mixture of cheese, milk, cream and fried peppers.
Using sweet, yellow peppers made the dish a little bit more diversified. Thanks to the addition of peppers, the dish gained an additional flavour and was not plain.
