- 700 g drumsticks
- 6 long strips of smoked bacon
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon if freshly ground black pepper
How to make baked drumsticks in bacon.
Rinse the chicken drumsticks in water, dry with a paper towel and place them on a plate. Mix salt and pepper in a cup, then rub the drumsticks thoroughly with them. Sequentially, starting with the top of the drumsticks, wrap each in a slice of bacon. Place the drumsticks wrapped in bacon in an ovenproof dish, next to one another. Put the drumsticks in an oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius for an hour.

I used 6 chicken drumsticks in total, so I used 6 slices of bacon. If you have more drumsticks, you need more bacon.
Each slice of bacon should be long and wide enough to cover the entire chicken drumstick.
