Chicken with papaya
Papaya is an exotic fruit whose shape resembles a large pear. Under a green-yellow peel, and orange flesh is hidden inside. This fruit can be eaten raw as an ingredient to salads, smoothies or sorbets. When cooked, it combines perfectly with meat, seafood and other vegetables.
Below, you can find a perfect recipe for a papaya and chicken dish. I combined this fruit not only with meat but also with coconut milk sauce. This dish is perfect for dinner or lunch. Thanks to the papaya the meat becomes tender, soft and not too sweet because papaya is not a a very sweet fruit.
