Strawberry foam dessert

Strawberry foam in a cup

Desserts in a cup are a fun way to make a sweet treat that’s not a cake. Very often, such desserts are made for a larger number of people and can be found on wedding, communion or birthday tables. Of course, nothing prevents you from making these desserts without an occasion, just for yourselves and your family. I love desserts in cups not only because they are easy to make, but also due to the little time they require to prepare them.

Below, I have a recipe for you for a strawberry foam in a cup. I made this strawberry foam with fresh strawberries, which have now been available in stores for some time now. Their price is a bit knocking on your knees, but what to do. I combined strawberries with whipped cream mixed with gooseberry jelly and cinnamon biscuits. Give it a try.

Good to know when making strawberry foam in a cup.

You can replace the cinnamon biscuits with butter biscuits.

The flavour of the jelly is really up to you. If you don’t have gooseberry jelly, use strawberry jelly, raspberry jelly or jelly of any other flavour you like.

The blended biscuits should have the consistency of bread crumbs. Biscuits can be mixed with a food processor or crushed with a pestle.

From the given amounts of ingredients, I got 4 large desserts. If you use smaller cups you will get more desserts.
