Ham, mango and mozzarella roll ups
A quick 10-minute snack, black forest ham roll ups with mango and mozzarella are the perfect choice for unannounced guests. This impressive and easy no-bake appetizer is great for parties, as a light lunch or a tasty dinner.
The base of these roll ups is black forest ham, juicy mango, delicate mozzarella and fresh arugula. These are complemented by a thick balsamic sauce and crunchy pistachios, which add flavour and an impressive appearance. The combination of sweet mango with salty ham and creamy cheese makes the rolls a delight with every bite.

Ingredients for ham, mango and mozzarella roll ups.
- a bunch of arugula
- 80-100 g mango
- 100 g mozzarella
- 100 g black forest ham
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chopped pistachios

How to make ham, mango and mozzarella roll ups.
Arrange the ham slices on a large kitchen board, slightly overlapping each other. Along one side, arrange a thin layer of arugula, then strips of mango and mozzarella. Roll it into a tight roll, then cut it into 3-4 centimetre wide pieces.
Spread the creamy balsamic sauce over the top of each roll and sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Place the finished snacks on a plate and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Good to know when making ham, mango and mozzarella roll ups.
Cut the mango into strips about 1 centimetre thick. Cut the mozzarella into strips 1-2 centimetres thick.
The width of the roll ups after cutting is up to you, but in my opinion 3-4 centimetres is a good size.
The black forest ham can be replaced with prosciutto.
