Ingredients for broccoli salad.

  • 1 medium-sized broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 medium-sized pickles
  • 250 g chicken ham
  • a bunch of dill
  • black pepper to taste
  • a pinch of salt
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons of sour cream

How to make broccoli salad.

Divide the broccoli into florets. Pour water into a pot, add a teaspoon of salt and bring it to boil. When the water starts to boil, put in the broccoli florets. Cook on a medium heat for 6 minutes. Once cooked, drain off the water and let the broccoli cool down.

Hard-boil the eggs (7-9 minutes). Cool, peel and cut them into medium-sized cubes.

Cut the chicken ham into small chunks.

Peel the pickles and grate them on a large-mesh grater. Afterwards, squeeze their juice out.

Put the broccoli, ham, eggs, pickles and the finely chopped dill into a bowl.

Combine the mayonnaise with cream, salt and pepper in a cup. Cover the ingredients in the bowl with the sauce and mix it all well.
