Beef burgers
You can make these beef burgers very easily at home. To prepare beef burgers, you need good quality ground beef, a minimal amount of spices, Kaiser rolls and eggs. You can serve the burgers with any addition of your choice. I focused on basic ingredients such as lettuce, tomato and pickled cucumber. The burgers taste great when served in a homemade burger bun. The recipe for burger buns can be found HERE.

How to make beef burgers.
Soak the Kaiser roll in water, squeeze it and put it into a bowl. Add the minced meat, salt, pepper, egg, mustard and the mushed garlic. Mix the meat mass, then set it aside for 30 minutes in the fridge.
After that, divide the meat mixture into 6 parts. Make balls of each part, then flatten them in your hands (each ball should be about 8 centimetres in diameter).
Heat up the frying pan and arrange the burgers on it once it’s hot. Fry on a medium heat on the first side for 4 minutes, then turn over and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Assembling the burgers: cut the burger buns into two halves lengthwise. Lightly toast each inner half of the bun in a pan. Brush the first part of the bun with a little mustard, arrange a leaf of lettuce, fried meat, a slice of tomato, a few slices of cucumber and onion. Drizzle ketchup on the other half of the bun and place that half on the onion.

Good to know when making beef burgers.
The meat for burgers should be mixed very well. It should be uniform and at the same time elastic and soft.
You can freeze burgers meat. However, you should freeze the meat raw, not the baked burgers. After removing from the freezer, the meat must first be defrosted and only then fried.
