Celeriac and onion dip

Celeriac and onion dip

| | | |

A dip of any kind is the perfect idea for a party.

Vegetable dips are great for a large group of guests  as they are easy to prepare and to share. But this is only one of the many reasons for it being a party favourite.

You should definitely not miss this dish at the next party you throw.

It will satisfy both vegetarians and meat-eaters.

I have already shared a dip made of green peas on this blog before – this time, you will get a different one, made of celeriac.

A dish made entirely from celeriac alone would be a bit bland, that’s why I added some red onion to it. Fried onion will emphasise the taste of celeriac even more.
