Personally, I am a big fan of sandwich spreads as they are always a great choice when I need to prepare tasty food for a big number of people. On top of that, spreads are quick to make and serving them is also not too complicated, because usually they only require some bread to go with. Try this salmon sandwich spread from the recipe below.

How to make smoked salmon sandwich spread.
Put the cream cheese, finely chopped radish and green onion, lemon juice, thinly sliced salmon and a pinch of salt into a bowl and mix them.
Place the bread slices in a toaster, keep them until crispy. Once removed from the toaster, cut each slice into four parts and place the salmon spread on each of them. Enjoy.
Good to know when making salmon sandwich spread.
I served the smoked salmon spread on gluten-free bread. You can also serve it on crackers, toasts as well as on salty biscuits.
Don’t add too much salt when making the spread, a little pinch should be enough. Salmon has a rather intense flavour and excess salt would unnecessarily sharpen its taste. Plus, the dish would simply be over salted.
