Eggs stuffed with tuna cream
Easter is already on the doorstep and for that occasion I have a recipe of a dish for you that perfectly fits into the easterly atmosphere.
It is well known that eggs are an indispensable element of Easter so they will probably be served in various form on every Easter table this year as well.

Ingredients for tuna stuffed eggs.
- 6 boiled eggs
- 15 leaves of wild garlic
- 1 packet of tuna in oil or water brine
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of double cream
How to prepare eggs stuffed with tuna cream.
Drain the tuna, cut the eggs in half. Put the chopped wild garlic, drained tuna, salt, pepper, cream and cooked egg yolk in the blender and blend. Stuff each of the egg halves with the tuna cream. Let them chill in the refrigerator. Simple, right? 🙂
