Pasta salad with boiled chicken
If you fancy some chicken mixed with fresh vegetables, make this salad. I used meat from boiled chicken legs for it. However, if you have excess meat from cooking a broth or chicken soup, you can that kind of meat as well.
The base of the salad is bow-shaped pasta, otherwise known as farfalle. Apart from the chicken, you can also find cherry tomatoes and green peas in the salad. The pasta is drizzled with mayonnaise and honey sauce.

How to make pasta salad with boiled chicken.
Pour water into a pot, add 1 tablespoon of salt and chicken thighs. Cook until the meat becomes soft. At that point, remove the meat from the water, cool it down and divide it into smaller pieces.
Boil the pasta in water salted with 1 teaspoon of salt – it took me 20 minutes. Pour the cooked pasta into a colander, pour cold water over it and let it cool down.
Put green peas in a pot and add some water. Bring it to boil, then cook over a low heat for 15 minutes. Drain the cooked peas and let them cool down.
Put the pasta, chicken meat, peas, sliced tomatoes and finely chopped green onion into a bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, honey, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper in a cup. Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the bowl and mix.
Keep the salad in the fridge before serving.
