How to make quick puff pastry and chocolate rolls.
Remove the puff pastry from the fridge and unroll it from the wrapping paper. Spread the chocolate chunks along the longer side of the pastry, and only on one half of it. Then, fold the empty half of the pastry over the chocolatey half, and roll it out gently, pressing the rolling pin lightly against the pastry as you roll it out. Next, remove the paper, cut the pastry into 8 pieces and, starting from the shorter side, roll each piece into a roll. Keeping the space between the rolls, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with egg beaten with a fork and when ready, place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius. Bake for 24 minutes.
