I think most of us makes chicken bites occasionally, it is really good as a pre-meal snack and perfect for binge-watching your favourite series.

Chicken bites with garlic sauce

I agree with those who claim that they are not too complicated to prepare and still, everyone likes them, mostly if served with some kind of sauce .

Of course, you can use any sauce purchased in the store. For most people it is usually a ketchup or garlic dressing. For me, at least, these two sauces fit the best. I also like sweet chili sauce and the sauce of a thousand islands, they are also good with poultry.

How to prepare chicken with sauce.

Cut the chicken breast into small strips, about 5 centimeters in length and one centimetre in thickness. Pour the eggs into a bowl, add the finely chopped herbs and sun-dried tomatoes. It is best to blend all the ingredients together in order to have a more solid mixture.

Put salt and pepper on each chicken piece, afterwards roll them first in flour then in the egg mixture and finally in the bread crumbs.

Fry them in hot oil on medium heat to golden brown. Serve with sauce.
