Ingredients for chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and pickled peppercorns.
- 1,5 tablespoon of crushed pickled peppercorns
- 100 ml water
- 500 g chicken thighs fillets
- 50 g sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1,5 tablespoon of flour
- 200 ml cream (30%)
- 2 medium-sized garlic cloves, mashed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil from sun-dried tomatoes
- parsley

How to make chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and pickled peppercorns.
Place the chicken thigh fillets on a kitchen board, sprinkle on both sides first with salt then with flour. Once done, place on a heated olive oil and fry on a medium heat on each side until slightly golden brown – about 10 minutes. Next, remove the meat to a plate and put the mashed garlic, sun-dried tomatoes cut into strips and crushed pickled peppercorns into the pan in which the meat was previously fried. Fry for a few seconds, pour in the cream, water and bring it to a boil. Cook for a minute. Next, add the previously fried meat and, stirring occasionally, cook on a low heat for 12-15 minutes. At the end of cooking, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Serve with boiled rice or your favourite addition.
