  • 200 g bell peppers
  • 200 g onion
  • 800 g chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 50 g butter
  • 45 g all-purpose four

  • 1 and 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 200 ml cream (30%)
  • 400 ml vegetable broth
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 2 big cloves of garlic

How to make chicken a la king.

Pour olive oil into a pot, add the chicken cut into strips or cubes and fry over a medium heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the fried meat to a plate or bowl using a slotted spoon. Next, add butter, diced onion and sliced ​​mushrooms to the same pot and fry over a medium heat for one minute. Afterwards, add mashed garlic and fry it for 4-5 minutes, then add the bell pepper cut into strips and fry for 3-4 minutes. Pour wine into the fried vegetables and fry until the liquid has completely evaporated. Then pour in the flour and fry, stirring frequently, for 6-7 minutes. Next, pour in the broth, then the milk, cream, salt, black pepper, fried chicken and frozen peas. Stirring frequently, cook over a low heat for about 6 minutes.

Instead of frying, you can grill the whole chicken breasts and then cut them into smaller pieces.
