Strawberry ice cream
We all love ice cream but you can find a lot out there with artificial ingredients. So make some for yourself at home by using only natural ingredients.
Maybe the summer is over but we still have some warm days. Ice cream can be great as a dessert by itself or served with some warm cake even when it’s not hot outside.
Always go for best quality fruits when making ice cream – it will not be as nice with frozen fruits as it would be with fresh produce.

Good to know when making ice cream.
As you can see from the recipe, I did not add any sugar to the ice cream. Personally, I’m not a fan of very sweet desserts. This applies to cakes, cookies and ice cream as well. The strawberries I used were already sweet enough by themselves. Adding sugar would have disrupted this natural sweetness of the fruit.
Ice cream made this way is definitely more delicious and natural in taste than shop-bought ones.
I used agave syrup but you can also use maple syrup instead.
I served my ice cream in waffles.
