Soy yoghurt with millet flakes and fruit
Yoghurt is a product that works great either served by itself or as an ingredient in other dishes. It is perfect for breakfast or supper, especially when you don’t have much time and want to quickly prepare something to eat. When I serve yoghurt for breakfast, I usually serve it with fruit, flakes or nuts. However, when I use it to prepare other dishes, I normally opt for pancakes, bread and all kinds of meat marinades.
Today’s dish, for which I am sharing the recipe with you below, is soy yoghurt with millet flakes and fruit. It is a very simple dish that is made of only four ingredients. In this dish, I used soy yoghurt, which I mixed with very ripe, sweet bananas. I served it all with millet flakes, banana slices and pomegranate seeds. I did not cook millet flakes, mainly because I personally like their crispy texture. I recommend the recipe for soy yoghurt with millet flakes and fruit to all those who like simple and easy-to-prepare dishes.
