A puree prepared from vegetables is a perfect addition to dinner dishes. It can be served with meat prepared in various ways such as fried, baked or boiled. Mashed potato puree is undoubtedly the most popular puree. I suspect most of us make it for dinner at least once a week. For those who are a bit bored with preparing the same thing all over again, I have a recipe for cauliflower and parsley puree below, it only takes 15 minutes to make it. The cauliflower should be boiled first, then combined with the other ingredients and blended.

Ingredients for cauliflower and parsley puree.
- 250 g cauliflower florets
- a big bunch of parsley
- 1/2 flat teaspoon of salt
- 5 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- a pinch of chili flakes
How to make cauliflower and parsley puree.
Put the cauliflower florets in a pot, add water and cook it until tender. This should take between 8 and 10 minutes, depending on the size of the florets. When cooked, pour into a colander, then transfer them into a tall dish. Add salt, lemon juice, a pinch of chili pepper, cream cheese and finely chopped parsley. Blend the whole thing with a blender until it obtains a uniform and creamy consistency.

Good to know when making cauliflower and parsley puree.
Before blending the parsley, it is worth removing its hard stalks. It is the leaves that work best in this puree.
