How to make tortilla rolls in nacho sprinkles.

Place the nachos in a food processor and mix until they have the consistency of breadcrumbs. Pour onto a platter or plastic container.

Mix 300 g of cream cheese with pepper, salt, diced pepper and onion in a bowl. Cover each corn tortilla thoroughly with the cheese filling, then at one of its ends, arrange a row of olives next to one another. After that, lay the salami and lamb’s lettuce, press lightly and roll it all up. While rolling, press the ingredients lightly with your hand and try to ensure that all of them are inside the roll and not outside of it. Wrap the rolls in cling film or aluminium foil and place in the refrigerator for an hour. After that, remove it from the refrigerator, align the ends of each roll by cutting them evenly with a knife. Cover the rolls with the remaining cheese, roll them in crushed nachos, then cut each roll into 6 pieces. Place the rolls on a serving plate and keep them in the fridge before serving.

Good to know when making tortilla rolls in nacho sprinkles.

Each tortilla had a diameter of 18.5 centimetres. I used a total of 5 tortillas and obtained 30 rolls from the given amount of ingredients.

You can replace the red onion with chives or shallots. I use a lot of red onion in these rolls, so if you don’t like lots of fresh onion in your rolls, you can reduce the amount, and add more red pepper instead.

The lamb’s lettuce can be replaced with any green lettuce, arugula or spinach.

I add green olives to salami rolls, and black olives to pepperoni rolls.

If you don’t have a food processor, crush the nachos with a pestle. First, pour them into a plastic bag and crush them by tapping the bag with a pestle.
