Brush each slice of toast bread on both sides with butter and place it on a hot pan. Bake over a medium heat for about 3-4 minutes or until slightly golden brown on both sides. After baking, cut the bread slices in half, so that two triangles are formed from each slice, and cover each one with the shrimp salad. Serve the toasts with salmon caviar.
