Sambal Oelek is a chili sauce made from a mix of selection chili peppers. If you can’t buy this sauce anywhere, you can replace it with chipotle sauce or Gochujang paste.

The best marinating result can be obtained when you leave the marinated meat in the fridge for a few hours. It is best to prepare the marinade in the evening, marinate the meat and leave it in the fridge overnight, so that it can marinate well during this time.
