Ingredients for garlic sauce.

  • 250 g of feta cheese
  • 400 g of natural yoghurt
  • 4 garlic cloves

How to prepare garlic sauce.

Put the mashed garlic, natural yogurt and feta cheese into a bowl or a tall plastic container. Blend them until creamy and smooth consistency of sauce is obtained. Place the sauce in the refrigerator for an hour before serving it. Enjoy!

Good to know when making sauce with garlic.

Do not add salt to the sauce, because the feta cheese is sufficiently salty and it already gives the sauce a salty taste.
If you like garlic, you can definitely add more than four cloves of it. I recommend using fresh not powdered or tubed garlic.
