Ingredients for curry-chili marinade.

  • 300 g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of curry spice
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 and 1/2 chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon of salt
  • a small bunch of coriander
  • 1 big clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric

How to make curry-chili marinade.

Wash the chili pepper, pat it dry and chop it with the seeds. Peel the garlic and press through a garlic press, and finely chop the cilantro. Pour Greek yoghurt into a bowl, add paprika, garlic, coriander, ginger, curry, oil, salt, turmeric and honey. Mix thoroughly.

I also add pepper seeds to this marinade. If you want the marinade to be less spicy, omit them. Fresh chili pepper can be replaced with dried chili flakes, about half a teaspoon of flakes should be enough.

The marinade itself is not very salty, and the amount of meat that you want to marinate can sometimes be smaller, other times bigger.
