Pigs in blankets
Sausages in bacon is a dish popular in many countries. In England, this dish is known as “pigs in blankets“. You can prepare it with only two ingredients. It is popular not only at parties but also during Christmas, when it is served on the festive table along with other festive dishes. This quick party dish is perfect for the upcoming New Year’s Eve parties.
The basis is two ingredients: sausages and bacon. When it comes to the sausages used in this dish, both small sausages and uncooked white sausages will be equally good. The slices of bacon used to wrap the sausages should be long and thin, so that they can be easily wrapped around the sausages. I usually choose raw smoked streaky bacon, but you can also go for boiled bacon. I recommend you the following recipe for pigs in blankets and I wish you a tasty meal.
