For me, the preparations for Easter are over, and now I’m really just waiting for a nice time to spend with my family. This year, apart from salads, cakes and hot dishes, eggs will reign on my Easter table. I have prepared a selection of stuffed eggs so that everyone can find something for themselves. One of the eggs I chose to make this year are devilled eggs with salmon. I recommend this recipe for eggs stuffed with salmon to all those who like saving time and want to make a tasty egg dish very quickly. To prepare devilled eggs with salmon, you will need hard-boiled eggs, cream cheese, smoked salmon in slices, a little pepper and lemon juice. After removing the yolks from the eggs, combining them with the remaining ingredients and blending, the only thing left is to fill the egg whites with the cream. I serve devilled eggs decorated with fresh chives, but fresh dill also works well.
