Ingredients for tuna under blanket salad.

  • 250 g tuna in brine or oil
  • 2 avocado
  • 100 g fresh spinach leaves
  • 150 sun-dried tomatoes in olive brine
  • 150 g hard cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 100 g red onion

Mayonnaise sauce:

  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 50 g spicy ketchup
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

How to make tuna under blanket salad.

Put mayonnaise in a bowl, add ketchup, a pinch of salt, ground pepper and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.

Peel the avocado, cut it into large cubes, put it in a bowl and drizzle it with lemon juice. Cut the red onion into small cubes, grate the cheese on a large grater and cut the sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips. Place the drained tuna in a medium-sized serving bowl, place the diced red onion on it, pour half of the mayonnaise sauce over it, and arrange fresh spinach leaves on top. Place the sliced avocado, the remaining mayonnaise sauce, grated cheese and sliced sun-dried tomatoes on the spinach. Keep the salad in the refrigerator before serving.
