I spent my holiday this year in hot Croatia. I had the opportunity not only to rest but also to cook a little. As I had access to a kitchen, I made dishes for lunch as well as dinner quite often. My menu included fresh fish, seafood and a lot of vegetables. One of the dishes that I made during my holiday cooking was tomato salsa. I make this tomato salsa very often, but interestingly, I have not yet shared its recipe with you on the blog, so here it goes – below you will find a recipe for tomato salsa.
Tomato salsa can be served as an addition to meat dishes. It goes very well especially with a grilled meat, let it be chicken, pork or sausage. When I serve tomato salsa for dinner, apart from meat, I also like to serve rice or couscous with it. I recommend you this recipe for simple tomato salsa, be sure to try it 馃檪

Good to know when making tomato salsa.
I do not remove the peel or the seeds from the tomatoes. If you decide to remove the skin, put the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds first. The peel from such tomatoes will come off very quickly and efficiently.
