Mango salsa
Mango is a fruit from India. No wonder it can be found in some many dishes of Indian cuisine.

It also got incorporated well into other national kitchens, which for me is hardly a surprise because it has a fantastic taste.
It is also very versatile, it works well in savoury and sweet dishes.
The mango salsa you will find in the recipe below is fruity and light. It goes perfectly with chicken meat.
I first made it at home a few years ago. I remember that my friend praised the mango salsa so much that I had no other option than to try it myself 🙂
The test went quite well and ever since I’ve been going for this recipe quite often.

Good to know when making mango salsa.
I made this salsa with the addition of red bell pepper. It was not spicy. You can also make it with chili peppers or other spicy peppers. The sweetness of mango combines very well with the spice of pepper.
