Grilled peaches
Recently, in my home grilled fruits have been as popular as grilled vegetables. My fruit adventures with grilling began with grilling figs. After them, it was the turn of pears and peaches. Of course, these are not the only fruits that are suitable for grilling, but I personally only grill those, which is why you will find a recipe below for grilled peaches. You can prepare most other fruits suitable for grilling the same way, let them be melon, watermelon, banana, nectarines and pineapple.
To prepare grilled peaches, you need oil, a little honey, a pinch of salt and cinnamon. I only use sunflower oil, because I don’t like the smell of rapeseed oil. Rub the peaches well with the marinade and grill them immediately. The grilling can take place on a grill pan or on the grill. Grilled peaches can be served with whipped cream or ice cream.

Good to know when making grilled peaches.
Ripe peaches are best for grilling, but they still should be quite firm. Soft peaches will release a lot of juice during grilling and will start falling apart.
