Recently I had a conversation with a friend about schnitzels. It was more like a monologue, because he was the one telling me about his great desire for eating them and I was just listening.
The problem he had was his lack of experience with making them 🙂
I was surprised. I do not know why but I thought that every Pole knows how to make a schnitzel.
I was wrong 🙂
The following recipe is with a special dedication to my friend 😉

Bon Appetit 🙂
Soak the rolls in water. Once soft, squeeze out the water. Put the meat along with finely chopped onion, the rolls, an egg, salt, pepper, flour, mustard and parsley in a bowl. Mix it through. Form flattened balls of medium size (about 5-6 cm in diameter). Toss in the breadcrumbs. Fry over medium heat until they become light brown.
Enjoy!
Instead of turkey meat you can use beef or pork. I usually mix these two types of meat together, because I do not like schnitzels only with pork 🙂
