Bon Appetit đŸ™‚

  • Salad:

    • 1 cup of pasta shells (0.5 cm size)
    • 2 chicken breasts
    • 3 halves of marinated peppers
    • 10 decagrams of sunflower
    • 1 jar of dried tomatoes in olive oil (about 250 grams)
    • 1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs
    • pinch of salt
    • pinch of pepper
    • 6 tablespoons of soy sauce (preferably light)
    • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of dried granulated garlic
    • 1 teaspoon French mustard
    • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil

  • Cook the pasta in lightly salted water. It needs to be al dente. Let it cool down.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes (about 2 cm), fry with 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic, herbs de Provence, pinch of salt and a black pepper. Be careful with the salt because the soy sauce, which we will add later is quite salty itself.

Cut dried tomatoes into small cubes.

    Roast the sunflower .

Marinated peppers cut into small strips.

Mix the olive oil from sun-dried tomatoes with half a teaspoon of granulated garlic, soy sauce and mustard.

Put all the ingredients into a bowl, pour the sauce and mix thoroughly.

Put in the fridge until chilled.

    Bon Appetit!

This salad is an ideal snack for all kinds of celebrations.

Usually I use a little less than a full jar of dried tomatoes but it is a matter of personal taste whether we prefer less or more of them. Often I increase the amount of marinated peppers because I like their taste đŸ™‚ Also, be careful  with soy sauce because if you add too much of it, it will simply make the salad oversalted.
