I associate peanut butter with America and its characteristic cake made from it. I used not for a cake though, but for meat.
I rarely use peanut butter in my kitchen. It has a very characteristic taste, for which I rarely feel like going for.
The simplest form of serving peanut butter is simply on bread – on a crispy toast, for example.
Burgers served with peanut butter are quite the hit but they are also popular on a cake, where the butter is used as a cream or an ingredient for the cake base.
I have a fairly simple suggestion for you to use peanut butter. Everyone likes chicken meat, so I think that many of you will like this chicken in a marinade based on peanut butter and yogurt.

Rinse the chicken drumsticks with cold water then dry them with a paper towel. Rub salt on them.
Marinade: pour yoghurt into a bowl and add peanut butter to it. Mix them. Place the chicken drumsticks in the marinade and coat them with it thoroughly.
Cover the bowl and put in the fridge for a night.
After taking the chicken out from the fridge, sprinkle each drumstick with sesame seeds. Place them on a baking tray. It can be previously lined with baking paper or have a metal rack, on which you can arrange the chicken.
Place the baking tray in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius. Bake the chicken for an hour. After forty minutes of baking time, carefully remove the baking tray from the oven and turn the meat over.
I did not use the grill option on the oven for the baking. However, you can opt for doing so – it will make the meat crispier and crunchier. If you decide to use grill, you must take into account the temperature and the time that the meat will spend in the oven, because both should be lower than those I suggested.
