Chicken in spinach sauce

Ingredients for spinach sauce.
- 350 g fresh spinach leaves
- 3 big cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 200 ml cream (30%)
- 100 ml water
- 1 full teaspoon of potato starch
Additional ingredients.
- 600 g chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 1 flat teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
How to make chicken in spinach sauce.
Put the spinach leaves, mashed garlic and butter on a large frying pan. Fry on a low heat for 5 minutes. Subsequently, add salt and cream and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Mix water with potato starch in a cup, then pour it over the cooking spinach in the pan. Bring it to a boil and from the moment it starts to boil, cook it over a low heat for 2 minutes.
Cut each chicken breast lengthwise in half, wash and dry them with a paper towel. Combine the oil with salt and pepper, and rub the meat with it. Put the grilling pan on the heat, warm it up. Once the pan is hot, arrange the chicken pieces on it. Grill over a medium heat on both sides until the meat is lightly browned.
Put the grilled meat in the spinach sauce or serve it cut into pieces on the spinach sauce. It can be served with rice, groats or mashed potatoes.
