Butter cookies
Easy and quick-to-prepare butter cookies, for which you will find a recipe below. I made these butter cookies according to a recipe I got from a friend of mine.
I was a bit surprised when I wrote down this recipe that it is so simple and does not require the use of too many ingredients.
You can prepare these cookies in larger quantities and store them in a tightly closed box for several days.

Ingredients for butter cookies.
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 200 g unsalted butter
- 100 g icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of almond flakes
How to make butter cookies with chocolate.
Pour the flour, icing sugar and soft butter into a bowl. Knead with a food processor or with a robot to a homogeneous mass.
When the cookie dough ingredients are combined, add the egg yolk and vanilla extract. Knead the dough for another few seconds, then take it out of the bowl and put it into a confectionery sleeve. Attach the tip with a wide opening to the end of the sleeve.
Line a baking tray with baking paper, then squeeze out the dough and form cookies, leaving a small hole in the center of each one.
Put the tray in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. Remove the baked cookies from the oven and let them cool down.
Dissolve the chocolate, add milk to it and mix. Dip one half of each cookie in liquid chocolate. Sprinkle some of the cookies with almond flakes, and leave some with only the chocolate.
