Oatmeal with fruit and peanut butter
Oatmeal with fruit and peanut butter is a simple recipe that you can use when making breakfast or supper. I start the preparation of this easy oatmeal by cooking the oatmeal, which in this particular recipe, I cook with water, and after cooking and cooling it down, I combine it with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, banana and honey. The ingredient that gives this oatmeal its unique flavour is the peanut butter. Its taste goes phenomenally with both the fruit used to serve the oatmeal with and the oats themselves.
Soft fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, figs, strawberries, bananas or blackberries are best for serving oatmeal. You can choose one specific fruit or use a selection of several, if you like. The peanut butter used when making the oatmeal may have a creamy consistency or contain pieces of nuts. I used the one with chunks of nuts.
The banana should be very ripe, because such a banana is sweet and soft.
