Pull-apart bread is the perfect idea for a delicious and well presented breakfast. The pull-apart bread works well at parties, served with cheese and cold meat cuts. This bread is light, fluffy and full of flavour. The bread owes its aroma to the addition of herbs. I have prepared this pull-apart bread with wild garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, but of course you can also go for other herbs. Pull-apart bread can be prepared with pesto, herbs such as thyme, rosemary or basil, cheese, for example Parmesan, or olives. I normally make this bread with garlic and herbs. Today’s suggestion is for a recipe for pull-apart bread with wild garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. In this recipe, I used wild garlic, because I had quite a lot of it in the refrigerator, but it can be easily replaced with common garlic and combined with the sun-dried tomatoes, the result will be just as tasty.

How to make pull-apart bread with garlic and tomatoes.
Pour the milk and water into a bowl, warm it up slightly, then add the yeast, mix and set it aside for 10 minutes. Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, sugar, oil and risen yeast. Stir and knead a dough, for about 6-7 minutes. Afterwards, then cover the bowl with a kitchen cloth and leave the dough to rise for about 1 hour.
Put soft butter, chopped wild garlic and finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes into a small bowl, then mix them together.
Put the dough on the kitchen counter, roll it out into a square of 30 by 30 centimetres. Next, cut it lengthwise into 5 strips, then cut each strip into 6 pieces. Brush each piece with butter, garlic and tomatoes, then place them side by side in a baking tin. Cover the bread tin with a kitchen cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and when it is hot, put in the leavened bread. Bake the pull apart bread for 35-40 minutes. Remove the baked bread out of the oven and cool it on a metal rack.

Good to know when making pull-apart bread with garlic and tomatoes.
I used a rectangular silicone baking tin measuring 13 by 30 centimetres. I greased the baking tin lightly with oil, but it can also be lined with baking paper. If you are using a metal mold then my suggestion would be to use baking paper.
