Baked asparagus with parmesan
This year I sowed green asparagus seeds for the first time ever and prepared seedlings, all because I intend to have my own asparagus in my home garden. However, it will take at least two years before my asparagus is ready for use and reaches the appropriate size. Until then, I am forced to use only purchased specimens. However, I am looking forward to the moment when I will be able to enjoy green asparagus grown by myself. If, like me, you like asparagus, you have certainly made many dishes with it as the main ingredient. This vegetable can be used to prepare soups, tarts and salads. It is delicious when baked, cooked and raw. On my blog, you will find many recipes for asparagus dishes.
Baked asparagus with parmesan is one of the dishes I encourage you to prepare. You will certainly be able to make it in about 30 minutes, of which the time spent working on this dish is less than 10 minutes, because the remaining time is the time devoted to baking this green vegetable. I place the green asparagus on a baking tray and intensively coat it with a slightly spicy marinade of olive oil, chili, garlic, lemon juice and spices. I put the whole thing in the oven for 20 minutes and when it’s ready, I serve it sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Asparagus prepared in such a way is great with crispy toast, served either for breakfast, dinner or lunch. I encourage you to try the recipe for asparagus with parmesan below, I hope you will enjoy.

How to make baked asparagus with parmesan.
Break off the washed and dried asparagus and remove the hard, stringy part located at their base. Mix chili flakes, pepper, salt, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic in a bowl. Place the asparagus on a baking tray previously lined with baking paper. Then, using a brush, thoroughly cover each asparagus with the marinade from the bowl. Place the tray with asparagus in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. After that, remove it from the oven, place the asparagus on a plate, pour the liquid that formed during baking, and sprinkle it with grated parmesan cheese.
