Anyone who enjoys a combination of chicken with melted cheese will love it.
Before I used to buy Quritto, now I can also make it at home. It is not only cheaper but also tastier 🙂
Making it at at home makes it possible to choose your favourite ingredients. You can use whatever extras you want.
Quritto can be served as a main dish but it is also a great snack.
Also, anyone can do it, it does not require any special talent in culinary arts.

- 4 pieces of tortilla wraps
- 1 tablespoon of jalapeno peppers
- 6 tablespoons of kidney beans in sauce
- 4 tablespoons of bbq sauce
- 10 decagrams of Cheddar cheese
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 small red onion
Place the sliced chicken breasts onto the pan and add the olive oil. Fry on low heat for 3 minutes. Add chopped onion and pepper. Fry for another 3-4 minutes.
First, put two tablespoons of beans in sauce on the tortilla and spread them while slightly mashing them with a spoon. Then, add a half of the fried stuffing with some jalapenos on the top. Sprinkle with cheese and add the bbq sauce. Cover with the plain tortilla wrap.
Warm up the pan. Put the Quritto and bake on both sides over low heat until they are slightly brown.
Baked Qurittos go nicely with bbq sauce or with Guacamole.
